We have a robust CREP program. Since FSA is an integral partner, landowners and staff have not been able to conduct business for e.g. processing new enrollments. This is a nuisance but, not a huge

I too feel that these should be open. Coming from a state where all of our records (minus a very select few that are restricted due to mostly federal law) this doesn't bother me in the least.
